Premium Themes and Plugins costs are additional to the package costs. They are registered in your name. If you decide to go with another web designer, the documentation and support travels with your website.
Note: Premium Themes and Plugins can be purchased by a website designer under a ‘developer license’. This allows the Website designer to a purchase at a sepcial price and have unlimited use of them. They are registered under the Website designer name and are not easily transferable, if you decide to change your designer.
I prefer to purchase these for single or multisite use. This does add additional costs to your website design, but gives you the freedom to transfer these if you decide to move/transfer your website. If the additional purchases takes the costs of your website beyond your budget, I can offer to provide these Premium Themes and Plugins as part of ‘a devlopers license’, but these will not be transferable.
